The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Compliance Specialist to oversee and ensure compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit

(LIHTC) program regulations. This critical role supports our mission to provide quality housing

to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor and ensure LIHTC program compliance across all properties.

 Review tenant files, income certifications, and leases for adherence to regulations.

 Conduct regular audits and collaborate with property management staff.

 Stay updated on federal, state, and local LIHTC requirements.

 Prepare detailed compliance reports and address findings.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in LIHTC compliance or property management.

 Strong knowledge of federal housing regulations.

 Excellent organizational and communication skills.

 Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Certification in LIHTC compliance is preferred but not required.
