Position Overview:

As the Director of Housing Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our public housing programs, ensuring compliance, high performance, and excellent resident services. You’ll lead the Property Managers, shape housing policies, and work closely with Executive Director to create safe, affordable, and sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and improve operational procedures for public housing sites
Lead and mentor a team of housing managers and support staff
Collaborate with leadership on policy, budgeting, and strategy
Ensure compliance with HUD and other regulatory requirements
Focus on resident engagement and satisfaction
Drive initiatives for efficient, high-quality housing services

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in public housing or affordable housing operations
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of HUD regulations and housing policies
Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven background in public housing operations or a related field
